You're trusting us with your family's week, so here's exactly how Pink Octopus treats it, in plain words.

    You see it before it happens.

    Before Pink Octopus sends an email, makes a call, books, signs up or buys anything, it texts you exactly what it will do: the whole email, the number it will call, the price. Nothing happens until you reply. This is built into the system itself, so no setting, website or message can skip it.

    One word stops everything.

    Text PAUSE and Pink Octopus stops all emails, calls and website errands on the spot. Your calendar and lists keep working. Text RESUME when you're ready.

    It reads, it doesn't obey.

    School emails, calendars and websites are treated as information, never as orders. A message that says "click here" or "send your code" can't make Pink Octopus do anything. It tells you, and flags anything that looks like a scam aimed at parents.

    It keeps the dates, not your inbox.

    When Pink Octopus reads a school email, it pulls out the dates, forms and to-dos and lets the email go. It doesn't keep a searchable copy of your inbox. It never deletes, moves or forwards your mail.

    Your passwords stay locked away.

    It never asks for passwords, card numbers or Social Security numbers by text. Website logins are saved on your private account page, locked with encryption and typed in by our system. The AI never sees them. Health records are encrypted too.

    Text "what have you done?" anytime, or open your account page. Every email sent, call made and errand run is listed there in plain words.

    Disconnect means erase.

    Disconnect Google and Pink Octopus loses access right away and erases everything it kept from your account. Text DELETE MY DATA and your whole family's account is gone for good.

    Never sold, never used to train AI.

    Your family's information is used only to help your family. We don't sell it, we don't use it for ads, and it isn't used to train AI.

A note on Google

Reading school emails uses permission that Google only grants after an independent security review. We're completing that review. Until it's done, Google limits how many families can connect their email, and everything else works for everyone.
